Refund Policy

EonSMP store items are virtual, digital goods delivered to your Minecraft account on our server, usually within minutes of purchase.

When we refund

• Item not delivered — if your purchase has not arrived in-game within 24 hours, contact us and we will deliver it manually or refund you in full.
• Wrong username — if you entered the wrong Minecraft username at checkout, contact us within 48 hours and we will move the purchase to the correct account.
• Duplicate payment — accidental double purchases are refunded in full.
• Faulty item — if a purchased item does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

When we don't refund

• Change of mind after the item has been delivered in-game.
• Account bans for breaking server rules after purchase.
• Purchases made on your account or card by someone you allowed to use them.

How to request a refund

Email contact@eonsmp.com or open a ticket in our Discord with your Minecraft username, the order email, and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in the disputed items being revoked and store access suspended while the dispute is investigated.
